Terms & Conditions

The Stew Company provides consulting, business development, creative production, entertainment services, and event support for businesses, nonprofit organizations, and private clients.

By using this website or engaging The Stew Company for services, clients agree to the following terms.

Service Engagement

Most services provided by The Stew Company are delivered through consulting agreements, event service contracts, or project-based engagement letters coordinated through an assigned account executive. These agreements outline the scope of services, payment schedules, deliverables, and client responsibilities.

Contracts and Disclosures

Prior to the start of services, clients may receive formal service agreements, disclosures, or engagement documentation outlining payment obligations, cancellation terms, and project scope. These signed agreements govern the relationship between The Stew Company and the client.

Payments made through invoices, payment links, or website checkout systems do not override or replace the terms outlined in signed agreements or disclosures previously executed between the client and The Stew Company.

Payments

Payments may be processed through secure invoicing platforms, payment processors, or approved digital payment systems. Payment schedules may include deposits, milestone payments, or full-service payments depending on the type of service being provided.

Failure to meet agreed-upon payment schedules may result in service delays, project suspension, or cancellation as outlined in the client’s agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information necessary for project completion, event planning, or consulting services and to cooperate with established timelines and operational requirements.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary processes, materials, strategies, creative content, and project documentation developed by The Stew Company remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Limitation of Liability

The Stew Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of services, project outcomes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Policy Updates

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect operational changes.
